Platinum Roofing has re roofed two houses for us and each project was done well. They were prompt in scheduling, came early (that was a huge plus!) and completed the work on time. So I purchased a house at the end of September that had a ton of issues with the roof that I was unaware of people we purchased it from gave us a bunch of false info...These guys came out and fixed something they absolutely did not have to. THis a a great company and I am so grateful they took care of every one of my concerns. you can tell this owner really cares about their business

The Platinum Roofing install has been a really great experience which you would not expect from a roofing contractor, especially after the sale. They stayed in constant contact before, during, and after installation. It is great to have a live person answer the phone and provide actual useful information! They were very good about responding to emails during the work week, although they went offline on weekends as any company might but were got back to us as soon as they could come Monday morning. We had two roofs installed with high quality materials which we researched on the web and through YouTube. Atlas roofing materials has extensive videos explaining the product and there were independent reviews as well.

My experience with Platinum roofing was wonderful from start to finish. Brooke was highly responsive to my initial inquiry and had a professional, detailed quote in my inbox within a day. Plus, the product quality and price were both better than the other 2 quotes I received. She had me scheduled for the following week and the entire project was done in a day. The crew moved fast and worked diligently until the job and clean up were complete. Roof looks great, I am very impressed!

My babies and I having been living in misery dealing with mold and and million other issues after experiencing roof damage from a hurricane. Waiting on insurance has been a nightmare. Jennifer and the owner were amazing and got us in to their busy schedule in less than a week. The installers worked non stop from morning till sun down. They did amazing. And now that the roof is fixed other things will be able to eventually get fixed as well. Thank you for your help in giving my children and I a safer environment to live in.
